I started practicing Agnihotra 5 years back. Since my childhood I was suffering from the problem of severe migraine headaches. Now I am relieved from that problem. Agnihotra has helped me maintain calmness of mind. It enhances my meditation. We have started using it for Agriculture. Vegetables grown in Agnihotra atmosphere have very good taste, I have noted that by using Agnihotra ash in Vermi compost the earthworms multiply faster. I have shared Agnihotra literally with thousands of people.
